3. Terms and Conditions of Sale

Elena Kraus, EKAI advertising agency in Novi Sad, at its sole discretion, may change, revoke or refuse this payment method to any person or consumer without prior notice for any reason at any time.
The Site contains paid content and/or subscriptions that work on an automatic renewal/resubscription basis. Cancellation of automatic renewal/resubscription for the next billing period can be activated at any time before the start of the next billing period without any penalty.
 
4. Refund Policy.
Elena Kraus, EKAI Novi Sad Advertising Agency, is strongly committed to creating content and services that meet the needs of its users. However, if you are not satisfied with any products purchased on the Site, you may be entitled to a refund from Elena Kraus, EKAI Novi Sad Advertising Agency.
Generally, to request a refund, you can email Elena Kraus, EKAI Novi Sad Advertising Agency at ekaiweb3@gmail.com with a brief description of the reasons why you want to request a refund. use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose whatsoever without our express written permission; provided, however, that "Breaking the Code" grants operators of public search engines permission to use web crawlers to copy material from publicly available areas of the Site solely for the purpose and to the extent necessary to create publicly searchable indexes of materials, but not caches or archives of such materials;
taking any action that creates or may impose (in our sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our technical infrastructure.
In the event that you engage in any of the above actions, "Crack the Code" reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to deny you access to the Site in whole or in part; suspend your registered user account; and, if applicable, notify the relevant authority/authorities of your actions.

Those who access the website from outside Serbia do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent that local laws are applicable. 10. Force majeure.

The headings are for reference only and do not in any way define, limit, interpret or describe the scope or content of the relevant section.
